I am a TERRIBLE alarm snoozer and it has gotten SO BAD that I never have enough time to get ready in the morning. I snooze while I am still half asleep, so by the time I realize I am snoozing, it is TOO late!!

Has anyone overcoming the snoozing habit? How did you do it? Any suggestions on how to get myself to stop snoozing would be much appreciated it.

hey tonya,
what really worked for me was setting two alarms for different times, and having one of the clocks across the room. This way, I have to get out of bed to turn it off. I have gotten away from that, but I need to go back to it because today I snoozed for 45 minutes!

don't set your alarm any earlier than when you need to get up. if you don't have time to snooze, maybe you won't. or you'll just always be really late.
