The Daily Plate

I found this website today. My workout partner and I decided that starting next week, we want to making some corrections to our diets. We have been very good about working out, but not so much our eating so instead of losing weight, we are just maintaining our weight.
Anyways, this website is one where you can track your calories, exercise, get recipes or meal ideas and tips etc. I know there are a bunch of these out there, but I stumbled upon this one. This one is also like Facebook in that you can have friends, join groups etc.
If anyone else is interested in watching what they eat, join and be my friend. We can go through it together. :) I have tracked my eating before and something about knowing you have to write down everything you eat really helped me to be more aware of everything I was consuming.
